From a 'little' big brother point of view...

Here you will find many different things, such as photos, quotes, or any other stories from my three year olds perspective on our new addition in the making!

•  In a conversation with Bentley, I was asking him what he was going to do to help out with the baby, and he told me that he was NOT helping with diaper changes because he didn't want to get poop on him!

    • Bentley has been getting more involved in           the idea of having a little sister, and                       recently, he asked me if when she comes             out, will he will be able to "pet" her!

•  Bentley has a little toy camera, that does take real photos,      and he was taking photos of my belly, and getting very            frustrated, and I couldn't figure out why. I asked him what      was wrong, and why he was getting upset, and he said,            "I'm trying to take a picture of the baby and it keeps taking       a picture of your shirt!" He thought that the camera would       take a photo like an ultrasound.

• My OB in Charlotte was named Dr. Barefoot, and Bentley liked to call him Dr. Feets!
• At our first ultrasound, as the ultrasound technician was wrapping up, and leaving the room, Bentley shouted, "Hey, you left it in there! Take it out!" (Referring to the baby)

•  Bentley loves to "feed" baby Brittan by holding up food to          my belly, (seen above). He is fearful when I eat something          spicy or hot, because it might burn her mouth and she won't        have water to drink!


•  During the fireworks celebration on the Fourth of July,                Bentley bent over towards my belly and rubbed it and stated,      "Don't worry Peanut. It's not thunder, it's just pretty                      fireworks. They aren't scary.
