Hello all! Brandi here, your writer behind the blog. I am a 24 year old, single mother of a three year old little boy, and a little girl due in August. I currently reside in the beautiful state of North Carolina, however, I was born and raised in Southern Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. I am one of five siblings, the youngest however. I have lived in three states so far, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. I currently hold my credential for an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the state of North Carolina.
I started blogged about four years ago, when I was pregnant with my son. I always found myself wanting to write more than I thought I should share on Facebook before my friends would decide to unfriend me, as the woman who posted too much! As I finished his pregnancy, I took a break from blogging as being a single parent became very overwhelming and time consuming for a first time mother. I started picking blogging back up when I found out that I was expecting another little one on the way. However, I decided to make some changes and add some more topics to my blog, besides just a more detailed pregnancy post. I hope to add more as time goes along, as I absolutely have loved blogging recently. I will be not only posting about parenthood, but item reviews/recommendations for both parents or women in general, and giveaways! (Who doesn't love those?!)
Besides blogging, I absolutely love photography, crafts, and music. I am a huge Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Capitals fan. I also have a huge spot in my heart dedicated to racing, especially NASCAR. If I am not doing any of the above, or watching my sports, I am most likely on Pinterest or Etsy. Yes, I'm guilty. I'll admit!
